Contact dermatitis is a term for skin reactions that arise due to exposure to irritants (irritant contact dermatitis) and allergens (allergic contact dermatitis). Prolonged work in the form of contact with chemicals and personal hygiene can affect skin disorders in the form of complaints of contact dermatitis. This study aims to determine the relationship of length of work and personal hygiene with contact dermatitis omplaints on workers of Mas Ponimin Medan Polonia Sumedang Tofu Factory. The research carried out was quantitative research with a cross sectional study research design. The population is all workers at the Sumedang Mas Ponimin Tofu Factory, totaling 30 people. The research sample was 18 workers taken using purposive sampling. The data collection method used questionnaire interviews with respondent characteristics, personal hygiene data and worker dermatitis complaint data. The statistical analysis used was the Spearman test. The research results showed that there was a relationship between the variables length of work (p value 0.001) and personal hygiene (p value 0.017) with complaints of contact dermatitis. It is recommended that workers maintain personal hygiene before, during and after work and regularly use personal protective equipment (PPE) in the form of gloves and boots
