    Abstract
The set of symptoms or conditions related to muscle tissue, nerves, blood vessels, ligaments, and tendons is known as musculoskeletal disorders, or MSDs. According to the 2019 Global Burden of Disease (GBD), 1.71 billion people worldwide suffer from musculoskeletal disorders, which include rheumatoid arthritis, fractures, various injuries, osteoarthritis, low back pain, and neck discomfort. And 7.9% of Indonesians suffered from musculoskeletal disorders in 2018. It is known that employees in the factory know continue to use manual tools that require human physical labor. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in workers at Pak Poniman’s Tofu Factory Medan Polonia. This study uses a cross-sectional method with quantitative data collection. Using saturated samples, 30 worker samples were obtained. The data analysis method uses the T test, the F test, the R Square test, and the classical assumption test as well as the hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = -10.329 + 0.602X1 + (-0.721) X2 + 1.434X3 + 0.065X4 + 0.312X5 + e. Based on the results, a t-count value of 2.540>t-table value of 1.71088, and a significance level of 0.018<0.05, showed that age had a partial influence on MSDs complaints. Partial analysis of MSDs complaints revealed that the working period had no effect (t-count -0.631< t-table value 1.71088) and significance level 0.534>0.05; work posture had partial influence (t-count 3.044> t-table value 1.71088) and significance level 0.006<0.05; physical workload had partial influence (t-count 0.351< t-table value 1.71088) and significance level 0.729>0.05; partially mental workload had no effect (t-count 2.045>t-table value 1.71088) and significance level 0.052>0.05. It is recommended that employees maintain their physical fitness, adopt an ergonomic work environment, get enough sleep, and participate in sports
