dc.description.abstract | Queues are a major factor affecting the operational performance of the ASEAN High
Level Forum 2023 Personal Stamp Booth. From the results of the study, it was
obtained that the total service time needed to serve 139 guests was 7.59 hours. The number of guests waiting in line is 16 people with a busy level of stamp printing service of 99.85%. As a result, the queuing system at the ASEAN High Level Forum 2023
Personal Stamp Booth was declared not optimal. This research aims to improve the
queue system by creating a simulation of repair models using Arena. The repair model
simulation adopts the structure of the Multi Channel Multi Phase queuing system.
The queue line is divided into two, namely the arrival of VIP guests and the arrival of
Non VIP guests with a ratio of 1: 8. The results of the improvement model simulation
obtained a very significant increase with an increase in percentage of 55.16% because it could serve 139 guests with a total time of 4.27 hours. The improvement scenario was declared superior in reducing the number of guests waiting in line to one person, with a smaller level of busyness at 69.45%. Thus, the queuing system at the ASEAN
