dc.description.abstract | Minimum Service Standards are provisions regarding the type and quality of basic services which are mandatory government affairs obtained by every citizen at a minimum. Hypertension is one of the indicators of the minimum service standards in the health sector. The Meuraxa Health Center in Banda Aceh City is the health center with the third lowest Hypertension Minimum Service Standard achievement in Banda Aceh City in 2022 with a percentage of 30.7%. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Minimum Hypertension Service Standard at the Meuraxa Health Center, Banda Aceh City. The type of qualitative research with research informants was 9 people. Data collection methods by observation, interviews, documentation. Data is processed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The availability of goods to support the implementation of minimum hypertension service standards is not enough. Health workers have not met the standards that have been set. The availability of funds obtained is not enough according to needs. The data collection of hypertension sufferers has not been evenly distributed throughout the work area. The discovery of hypertension cases has not been optimally carried out on all set targets. There has been no education related to hypertension to all hypertension patients at the health center. Hypertensive patients are reluctant to make referrals from health centers to advanced referral health facilities due to the lack of information about the referral system. It is expected that the Banda Aceh City Health Office will conduct training related to the minimum hypertension service standards for health workers at health centers and health cadres and allocate funds for the implementation of the minimum hypertension service standards | en_US |
