Pulmonary tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is an infectious disease that is a global public health problem, including in Indonesia. For two consecutive years (2021-2022), Deli Serdang Regency has the highest number of pulmonary Tb cases in North Sumatra Province. For three consecutive years (2020-2022), pulmonary Tb cases in Deli Serdang Regency have increased significantly. One of the risk factors for pulmonary Tb events is environmental factors. One of the components of the environment is climate, which includes rainfall, air temperature and air humidity. All of these environmental factors contribute to the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in a region. This study aims to determine the relationship between rainfall, air temperature, and air humidity with the incidence of pulmonary Tb in Deli Serdang Regency by analyzing secondary data using ecological studies according to time. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the Pearson Correlation Test to determine the closeness of the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results showed statistically that the variables that did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of pulmonary Tb were variables of rainfall and air humidity (p > 0.05). The variables that have a significant relationship with the incidence of pulmonary Tb are air temperature variables with moderate correlation strength and positive values (p < 0.05; r = 0.355). In conclusion, it is known that among the variables of rainfall, air temperature, and air humidity, there is only 1 variable related to the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis, namely air temperature. It is recommended to the Deli Serdang Regency Government and related agencies to continue to strive for stable air temperatures in Deli Serdang Regencyen_US
