Stunting is a lack of nutrition for toddlers which will result in failure of physical and mental growth and development of toddlers for a long time. The survey results from Data Indonesia prove that in 2023 the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia will be 21.6%. The target of reducing stunting in the RPJMN from 2020 to 2024 is 14% by involving the ministerial sector, provincial, district and village governments. This study explains the implementation of the policy to accelerate stunting reduction by the Family Assistance Team in Melati II Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency using Ripley and Franklin's views on aspects that support the success of policy implementation. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and collecting documentation. The results of this study show that in the aspect of compliance level, midwives are routinely present in the implementation of the dashat program, namely running counseling and counseling sections for mothers and catin. Family planning cadres prepare counseling materials and assist midwives in medical examinations. Furthermore, TP-PKK cadres in the implementation of the dashat program are processing food which will later be distributed to target groups. In the aspect of smooth routine and minimal problems, monitoring is carried out at the service post and occasionally to the target group's house while distributing dashat food. In addition, there is a lack of awareness from the community itself in participating in the program. This is evidenced by 16 people attending the dashat program which previously as many as 32 people. Then a report was received by TPK's mother that the food distributed was not consumed by the target group. In the aspect of the desired impact of the Family Assistance Team (TPK) with the dashat program has not been as expected because the target group has not fully paid attention and actively participated in the program. The family considers it unnecessary to come to the service post if the volunteer postal cadre delivers dashat food to the target group's home.en_US
