| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut with the title Procedure for Selling Fuel Loans at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut. This study aims to understand in depth the procedure for selling Fuel Oil (BBM) credits, as well as obstacles and solutions in its implementation. The research methods used include primary data analysis, observation, documentation and interviews with related parties to gain a clear understanding of credit sales procedures at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut. The results of this study are expected to contribute to further understanding of the procedure for selling Fuel Oil (BBM) credits and provide direction for necessary corrective measures. | en_US |
