Pengaruh Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Komitmen Pimpinan terhadap Manajemen Aset pada PT SUCOFINDO Cabang Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the principles of Good Governance , management information systems, human resource competence and leadership commitment to asset management at PT SUCOFINDO Medan Branch. The approach used is primary data. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were employees of PT SUCOFINDO Medan Branch who worked in the general division and asset management, for 49 people. The statistical analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the principles of Good Governance partially had no significant effect on Asset Management, Management Information Systems had a significant effect on Asset Management, Human Resource Competence had a significant effect on Asset Management, Leadership Commitment had no significant effect on Asset Management at PT SUCOFINDO Medan Branch.
