dc.description.abstract | Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the most important thing in a company because through Occupational Safety and Health (K3) workers feel safe and protected so that workers are comfortable at work. Excessive use of computers can cause occupational health problems, one of which is eye health problems. Complaints of eye fatigue found among computer users at PT. Socfin Indonesia is related to age, length of work, and lighting levels. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between age, length of work, and lighting levels with complaints of eye fatigue (asthenopia) of computer users at PT. Socfin Indonesia. This research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all computer users at PT. Socfin Indonesia with 40 people. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling from 40 computer users, resulting in 30 computer users based on inclusion criteria. Eye fatigue was measured using a questionnaire consisting of a checklist of eye health symptoms and lighting levels were measured using a lux meter. Data analysis used the alternative Fisher's Exact Test because the chi-square test did not meet the requirements. The results showed that the Fisher's Exact Test for age, length of work, and lighting level obtained p value = 0.042, p value = 0.000, and p value = 0.041 where the p value < 0.05 so that H0 was rejected, meaning there was a relationship between age, length of work, and lighting levels with complaints of eye fatigue (asthenopia) of computer users at PT.
