    Abstract
Kuta Tinggi Village has the highest incidence of stunting in Salak Sub-district where 21.3% of toddlers are stunted. This study aims to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation, personal hygiene, and history of infectious diseases with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in Kuta Tinggi Village Pakpak Bharat. This study used a cross sectional design with purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 61 people. Data collection was obtained directly by researchers through observation and interviews with research questionnaires and indirectly using data from health facilities. Data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between clean water facilities, latrine facilities, waste management facilities, waste water management, skin hygiene, foot and nail hygiene and history of infectious diseases with the incidence of stunting with a P value of 0.015; 0.027; 0.001; 0.006; 0.007; 0.001 and 0.011. Data analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between dental hygiene and the incidence of stunting with P value = 0.051. It can be concluded that clean water facilities, latrines, garbage disposal, waste water management, skin hygiene, foot and nail hygiene, and history of infectious diseases have a relationship with the incidence of stunting while dental hygiene has no relationship with the incidence of stunting in Kuta Tinggi Village Pakpak Bharat. It is recommended for families and mothers to strive for basic sanitation health and toddler hygiene to minimize the occurrence of infectious diseases and stunting
