Hubungan antara Beban Kerja dengan Stres Kerja pada Anggota Polisi Satreskrim di Polresta Deli Serdang Tahun 2024

Abstract

Too high a workload can cause work stress. Work stress is a form of adaptive response related to individual psychological characteristics or processes, arising from events that make special demands, both physiologically, psychologically, and behaviorally on a person. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach, aiming to see the relationship between the independent variable (workload) and the dependent variable (work stress) among satreskrim police members. Sampling in this study used the total population, namely all 51 members of the satreskrim police at Polresta Deli Serdang. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the rank spearman statistical test. The results showed that work stress among police members in the low category was 23 police members (45,1%) and the high category was 28 police members (54,9%). Workload among police members in the low category is 22 police members (43,1%) and the high category is 29 police members (56,9%). The results showed that there was a relationship between workload and work stress with a p value of 0.006 (p = <0,05) which had a moderate degree of relationship with a spearman correlation value of 0,376
