Work fatigue is one of the health and safety issues that can be a risk factor for accidents while working. The feeling of tiredness is not only experienced after performing tasks but also even before starting them. Continuous fatigue leads to chronic fatigue. This research employs a quantitative method with a cross- sectional design aimed at determining whether there is a relationship between physical workload and work fatigue among workers at the A1 Rice Mill in Teluk Mengkudu District. The study subjects comprised 30 individuals. Work fatigue was measured using the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) to assess subjective tiredness. Meanwhile, workload was measured using an oximeter, which was then transformed into %CVL (Percentage of Cardiovascular Loads). The results of the study indicate that there are 11 workers (37%) experiencing low-level fatigue, 15 workers (50%) experiencing moderate fatigue, and 4 individuals (3%) experiencing high-level fatigue. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson’s product-moment correlation, yielding a P-value of 0.000, indicating a correlation between the two variables, with a Pearson's r value of 0.951, indicating a strong positive correlation. This suggests that as the physical workload of the workers at the A1 Rice Mill in Teluk Mengkudu District increases, the perceived fatigue also increases. Thus, the findings of this study can provide recommendations for improvement for various stakeholders, including owners and workers
