According to data from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in 2021, workplace accident cases increased from 221,740 cases in 2020 to 234,370 cases in 2021. Dietary patterns, nutritional status, and sleep quality are some of the factors that can cause work fatigue. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of dietary patterns, nutritional status and sleep quality with work fatigue among Rubber Tyred Gantry operators at PT. Prima Multi Terminal. This research is an observational study with an analytical nature, using a cross-sectional approach with the study population being Rubber Tyred Gantry operators. The sample of this study was taken using the total population.Based on the research conducted, it was found that 23 workers (50%) experienced moderate work fatigue, and seven workers (15.2%) experienced high levels of fatigue. The average caloric intake of the workers was 2821.2 calories. The average sleep duration of the workers ranged from 6 to 7 hours. Statistical tests showed no relationship between diet and work fatigue with a p-value of 0.593, but there was a relationship between nutritional status with a p-value of 0.025 and sleep quality with a p-value of 0.004 and work fatigue. It is hoped that the company can pay attention to the workers dietary patterns to ensure their nutritional status is in the normal categoryen_US
