Employee performance is a measure of an organization's success in developing
human resources, as initiators, providers of energy, creativity. It results the
quality improvement of an organization at the Regional Secretariat of North
Sumatra Province. The performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the
Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra Province in 2022 decreased by 104.04%.
The objective of the study is to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, knowledge
sharing, and loyalty behavior on employee performance through job satisfaction
of ASN in the Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. This is an
associative study and the data used is quantitative data. The population and
sample in this study were 130 ASN at the Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra
Province by using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques
used are descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The results of the study show that Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant
effect on Employee Performance among ASN Employees at the Regional
Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. Self-Efficacy has a significant positive
effect on Job Satisfaction among ASN Employees at the Regional Secretariat of
. North Sumatra Province, Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect
on Employee Pe,formance among ASN Employees at the Regional Secretariat of
North Sumatra Province, Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect
on job satisfaction among ASN employees at the Regional Secretariat of North
Sumatra Province, Loyalty Behavior has a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance among ASN Employees at the Regional Secretariat of
North Sumatra Province, Loyalty Behavior has a positive and significant effect on
Job Satisfaction among ASN Employees at the Regional Secretariat of North
Sumatra Province, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance among ASN Employees at the Regional Secretariat of
North Sumatra Province, Job Satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the
effect of Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction is able to
significantly mediate the influence of Knowledge Sharing on Employee
Pe,formance, and Job Satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the effect of
Loyalty Behavior on Employee Performance.
