Analisa Kadar Sitronelal Minyak Sereh dengan Metode SNI.06-3953-1995 di Laboratorium UPT. Pengujian dan Sertifikasi Mutu Barang (PSMB) Medan Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Analysis of the citronellal content of lemongrass oil has been carried out at UPT. Pengujian dan Sertifikasi Mutu Barang (PSMB), this research was carried out with the aim of determining whether the quality of lemongrass oil complies with the terms and conditions of SNI. 06-3953-1995. From the results, citronella levels were around 41.48%. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the quality requirements for citronellal levels have exceeded the quality standards according to SNI 06-3953-1995, namely above a minimum of 35%.
