Factors of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality on Mobile Banking Performance in Students of The Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Sumatera Utara
Abstract
This research aims to measure the factors of system quality, information quality, service quality on mobile banking performance among in students of the faculty of economics and business of Universitas Sumatera Utara. This research is a descriptive study used the quantitative method. This study is associative research using survey methods. The population of this study were reguler S1 undergraduate students on faculty of economics and business, Universitas Sumatera Utara who are still active it was 2260 students. The sample of this research used incidental sampling with the isaac and Michael table as a determinant of the sample. Therefore the sample of this research was 307 students. The data collecting used was the dissemination of questionaires to respondents. The result of the dissemination on the questionnaire obtained 312 respondents answers which were considered valid. The result of this study indicate the system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the mobile banking performance.
