dc.description.abstractAnalysis of free fatty acid (ALB) levels in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) produced at PT. Sumber Sawit Makmur Laut Tador. Analysis of free fatty acid levels was carried out using the alkalimetric titration method with 0.08 N KOH. From the results of the analysis, the average free fatty acid content was 4.41%. The quality standard free fatty acid set by SNI-01-2901-2006 is 5%. Based on the results of analysis of free fatty acid levels in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) produced by PT. Sumber Sawit Makmur Laut Tador complies with the quality standards set by SNI-01-2901-2006en_US
