dc.description.abstractThis study uses the multiple linear regression method with webqual 4.0 to find out how much influence each quality of use, quality of information, quality of service interaction on user satisfaction/students of the USU Vocational Faculty on the SATU USU website. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data used is sourced from questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 2,675 students, while the number of samples using the Slovin method was 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, determination coefficient and multiple linear regression method using SPSS 26. The results of this study show that the quality of use affects user satisfaction by 0.185, the quality of information affects user satisfaction by 0.127, and the quality of service interaction affects user satisfaction by 0.208. The results of the T test showed that each quality of use, quality of information, and quality of service interaction had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the SATU USU website. Simultaneously, the quality of use, the quality of information, and the quality of service interaction have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of users of the SATU USU website.en_US
