    Abstract
The occurrence of reproductive health problems in adolescents can be caused by insufficient access to information and low reproductive health knowledge. According to WHO, having a reliable access information can significantly reduce these issues. Accurate reproductive health information will increase adolescent knowledge. This research aims to determine the relationship between access information and reproductive health knowledge with sexual behavior in SMA PGRI 12 Medan students in 2024. The type of this research is quantitative, with a cross-sectional design. The population consists of 140 students selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria so a sample of 80 students was obtained. Data were analyzed both univariate and bivariate methods using Chi-Square. The results showed that all students have accessed information about reproductive health (100%). Students accessed reproductive health information at a high frequency (45%) and low frequency (55%). The quality of students’s reproductive health access information is classified as poor (67,5%) and good (32,5%). The level of student’s knowledge is classified as good (55%) and poor (45%). Student’s sexual behaviour includes mild sexual behavior (75%) and severe sexual behavior (25%). Based on the statistical analysis results, a relationship was found between the frequency of accessing information and adolescent sexual behavior (p value = 0,000). There was a relationship between the quality of access to information and adolescent sexual behaviour (p value = 0,013). There was no relationship between reproductive health knowledge and adolescent sexual behaviour (p value = 0,119). Students are expected to be more active in searching reproductive health information from reliable sources such as teachers/parents/health workers and always check the information from two or more sources for accuracy. School is expected to establish a Peer Counseling as a forum for student discussions about reproductive health. The involvement of teachers in providing information on adolescent reproductive health should be enhanced
