dc.description.abstract | Cells are the simplest collection of matter and the building blocks of all living
things. In maintaining the life of cells needed in an introduction to cells, we still
use incubators. Even though this tool has weaknesses, especially the possibility of
outside influences when observations are made outside the incubator so that it can
affect the validity of the resulting data. The next development of cell conditioning is
the live call chamber which fixes the weaknesses of the incubator. The purpose of
this research is to condition the cell chamber room according to the living parameters
of the cell with a 1x3.6x 8cm chamber and surrounded by water channels that are
used to regulate the temperature of the cell chamber as well as gas, moisture and nutrient
channels. pH control uses an acuator syringe pump by injecting moisture using
an ultrasonic atomizer acuator which is assisted by a fan to circulate the moist air | en_US |
