The tofu making industry is a fairly large industry in Indonesia. UMKM Ponimin is one of the companies engaged in tofu production in Indonesia. Every industry surely produces waste, just like the tofu industry which can produce organic waste, such as solid and liquid waste. Demand on the company to increase productivity and protect the environment causes the company to deal with the waste emitted by the company. Therefore, this research was carried out with the purpose of providing production alternatives that can reduce waste and also increase productivity. Green
productivity method was originallly create to solve enviromental and technical challenge in the manufacturing sector, then the use of mass balances and Green Value Stream Mapping (GVSM) will analyze the waste that emmited by the company. After the waste analysis is done, then the various alternatives option are given that the company can implement to increase the comapany's Green Productivity Index Value, based on the alternatives provided, the most suitable alternative was selected to be implemented in umkm ponimin company is using
Analytical Network Process (ANP) methode. The purpose of using ANP is to choose the best alternatives that will increase productivity and decreasing the comapany's waste. From the ANP result, founded the replacement alternativ that increase the company's Environmental impact (EI) value and Green Productivity Index (GPI) that showed the company had high productivity also had a small environment impact
