Based on the results observed, the HPS is prepared based on the procurement request document from the plantation through the IPS holding system which has previously been verified by the engineering and processing section, which includes specifications for the spec, type, size and brand of technical goods. Next, a market price check is carried out to find out the market price of the technical goods and a price evaluation report is made, an estimated price is prepared using the formula set by PT.
