Komunikasi Antarpribadi pada Istri yang Bekerja di Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

Abstract

This research is titled “Interpersonal Communication Of Working Wives in Panyabungan Sub-district Mandailing Natal Regency”. The purpose of this research is to determine interpersonal communication between working wives and their families and surrounding environment in Panyabungan district, Mandailing Natal regency. The theory used is interpersonal communication proposed by Josep Devito. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive apporoach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with informants, observation results and also literature study. This research involved 6 (six) main informants and 1 (one) triangulation informant who were selected based on considerations determined by the researcher. The data analysis technique used in this research uses Miles Huberman & Saldana theory, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are that interpersonal communication between working wives is an important element in building relationships with family and the surrounding environment in Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency.
