Customer satisfaction is the main factor in assessing the quality of service and benefits provided by an insurance company. This research aims to analyze insurance benefits based on the level of customer satisfaction at PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia. The research method used is data collection through interviews and documentation with customers. The results of this research show that customers of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia are satisfied with the services provided. The benefits of insurance are providing a sense of security and protection, fair distribution of costs and benefits, an instrument for transferring and spreading risks, providing certainty, and making life calmer.
