Prosedur Pencairan Dana pada Perjalanan Dinas Anggota Dewan di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Medan

Abstract

Official Travel is a trip made by employees or employees of a company related to official work duties. A systematic procedure for the disbursement of official travel funds is necessary to ensure that the disbursement of official travel funds is in accordance with applicable provisions and regulations. This final project aims to explain the procedure for disbursing official travel funds for council members at the Medan City DPRD secretariat. The methods used in this study are literature study, document analysis, interviews and observations. The literature used includes laws and regulations related to official trips and various other sources. The result of this study is that the procedure for disbursing funds on the official trip of council members at the Medan City DPRD secretariat is in accordance with the stipulated provisions and implemented systematically to ensure accuracy and correctness. This procedure is also designed to be one of the guidelines in the disbursement of official travel funds for council members.
