    Abstract
Analysis of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) levels in Wastewater at UPT has been carried out. North Sumatra Provincial Health Laboratory. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the levels of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) analyzed at the UPT. North Sumatra Provincial Health Laboratory. Data is taken from a variety of different wastewater sources. Analysis of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) levels using the Titrimetry method and Analysis of Total Dissolved (TDS) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) using the Gravimetry method. The results showed significant variations in the concentrations of these three parameters, reflecting the complexity of the waste composition. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the level of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in wastewater was 80 mg/L; 52.8 mg/L; 64 mg/L; 94.4 mg/L; 78.4 mg/L; 91.2 mg/L. The analysis results for Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) levels were 134 mg/L; 172 mg/L; 156 mg/L; 226 mg/L; 136 mg/L; 239 mg/L; 170 mg/L; 208 mg/L; 165 mg/L; 258 mg/L; 156 mg/L. And the analysis results for Total Suspended Solids (TSS) levels were 17 mg/L; 29 mg/L; 29 mg/L; 26 mg/L; 27 mg/L; 19 mg/L; 18 mg/L; 24 mg/L; 17 mg/L; 24 mg/L; 21 mg/L. Based on the data from the analysis results, it can be concluded that the levels of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) in waste water are in accordance with the water quality standards issued by Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia No. .68 of 2016 concerning Waste Water Quality Standards and Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of 2014 concerning Waste Water Quality Standards.
