dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure and credit risk on the financial performance of commercial banks in Indonesia. This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, which includes the average data of ownership structure and credit risk on the financial performance of all commercial banks in Indonesia during the period from January to December 2018 to 2023, totaling 72 observations. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that ownership structure has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of commercial banks in Indonesia. Credit risk has a negative and significant effect on the financial performance of commercial banks in Indonesia. Ownership structure and credit risk have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of commercial banks in Indonesia.en_US
