The implementation of suitable leadership practice can foster the growth of employee from diverse backgrounds and personality therefore consequently facilitating an increase of innovation which in turn leveraging the organization position in a competitive industry such as e-commerce. This research is conducted to study how transformational leadership moderates the effect of proactive personality towards employees’ innovative work behaviour (IWB) specifically in quick commerce organization. Online-based scale for Innovative work behavior, proactive personality and transformational leadership was conducted on 200 quick commerce employees. Then said data will be processed using bootstrapping analysis on SmartPls 3.0 application, through quantitative-causal approach. Inner analysis model in this study shows (R2 = .259; O = -.088; P = .274 > .05) transformational leadership as moderating variable have a negative score. This implies, transformational leadership practice weakens the impact proactive personality have on IWB among employees in quick commerce organization.
