An analysis of chloride (Cl-) and hexavalent chromium was conducted at the Public Health Laboratory (BLKM). The chloride analysis for drinking water and hemodialysis water was performed using the argentometric titration method, indicated by a reddish-yellow color change at the endpoint. The hexavalent chromium analysis for drinking water samples was conducted using spectrophotometry. From the analysis, the chloride levels in the drinking water sample exceeded the standards set by Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 492 of 2010 on Drinking Water Quality, where the maximum allowable limit is 250 mg/L. The hemodialysis water sample did not meet the requirements of Ministry of Health Regulation No. 7 of 2019 on Hospital Environmental Health, which sets the maximum quality standard at 0.5 mg/L. In contrast, the hexavalent chromium analysis in the drinking water sample met the requirements of Ministry of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023 on Environmental Health, where the maximum quality standard is 0.01 mg/L.
