This study aims to model the relationship between rainfall and the frequency of rainy days in Sampali, Deli Serdang Regency, using the Frank Copula method. Monthly rainfall data and the frequency of rainy days from 2020 to 2022 were analyzed using descriptive statistical approaches and visualization. Subsequently, the Frank Copula method was applied to capture the dependency structure between the two variables. The results show a strong positive relationship between rainfall and the frequency of rainy days, with a significant linear pattern. The Frank Copula parameter (θ) values obtained indicate varying levels of dependence each year. The resulting Frank Copula model can be used to predict rainfall patterns and the frequency of rainy days, supporting planning and decision-making related to water resource management, agriculture, and disaster mitigation in the Sampali area.en_US
