dc.description.abstractThe company has human resources who play a very important role in the progress and development of the company. For this reason, employees or human resources in a company are required to contribute and perform well to the company in order to achieve company goals in accordance with what the company expects. Performance is the work result achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties. An employee's performance is certainly influenced by factors that both the company and the employee themselves need to pay attention to. This research aims to see and analyze the influence of work life balance and work environment on employee performance. The subjects in this research were 144 employees of PT. PD Paya Pinang. This research uses the employee performance scale, work life balance scale and work environment scale as research measuring tools. The data obtained was then processed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between work life balance and the work environment on employee performance. This research provides an illustration that improving employee performance can be done by improving work life balance and the work environment in the company.en_US
