dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of career development on work engagement, and analyze organizational culture as moderating the effect of career development on work engagement. The sample in this study were 76 employees using total sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis method to test the hypothesis is t test and moderated regression analysis with use SPSS 27. The results in this study indicate that that career development can affect on work engagement, and organizational culture cannot moderate the influence of career development on work engagement. These findings can contribute to organizations to implement an optimal career development system to increase employee work engagement. These findings can contribute to organizations to implement an optimal career development system to increase employee work engagement.en_US
