Assess how important the accounting information system is in the company and expenditure for the company. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique is in the form of field studies with the results of observations and interviews. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be seen that PT. Data Cipta Neraca Medan is a company operating in the technology and information sector. In an effort to increase efficiency in financial management, this company decided to develop a cash disbursement accounting information system that can help in better financial management. PT. Problems that occurred in companies that occurred in the last year were due to users using the application not understanding enough and there being problems with the software on the site, which could have occurred due to viruses. Currently there are no problems occurring at the PT Data Cipta Neraca company. With this growth, the company also experienced an increase in cash expenditure, so there was a need for a system that could help in better financial management.
