    Abstract
The Healthy Kitchen Program to Overcome Stunting (Dashat) is a program formulated by the BKKBN to reduce the number of stunting and cooking activities to cook nutritious food in an effort to provide balanced nutrition for stunted children. As a program to reduce stunting, the Dashat program in Syahmad Village only focuses on stunted children. The aim of the Dashat program is to reduce stunting rates and improve the nutritional conditions of stunted children. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program in Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency and also to provide the public with an understanding of the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program in Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach using the theory of Sutrisno 2007:125-126, namely understanding the program, right on target, on time, achievement of goals, real change. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on this research, it can be seen that understanding the program is effective because the key informants, main informants and main informants already know clearly about the Dashat program. The program's target can be said to be effective because the Dashat program in Syahmad Village is only focused on stunted children. Punctuality is also said to be effective because the time specified for implementing the Dashat program is appropriate, namely 3 consecutive months or 100 days. The achievement of the goal can be said to be effective because the stunting rate in Syahmad Village has decreased, previously there were around 5 cases of stunted children, now there are 3 cases of stunted children in Syahmad Village. Real changes are also said to be effective because the Dashat program makes parents pay more attention to their children's nutritional conditions and are better at cooking healthy and nutritious food. So it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the Dashat program in reducing stunting in Syahmad Village, Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency has been effective.
