Analisis Efektivitas Penggunaan Dompet Digital Dana dalam Bertransaksi (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Prodi D-3 Keuangan Universitas Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the DANA digital wallet in daily transactions among students of the D-3 Finance Study Program at the University of Sumatera Utara. This research uses a qualitative approach or direct interviews. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that digital wallet funds have become a very popular and effective solution for D-3 Finance Study Program students at the University of Sumatera Utara in conducting daily financial transactions. This is due to the ease of use, speed, and ease of access offered by the dana digital wallet platform. In addition, dana digital wallets also provide various additional features, such as cashback, discounts and rewards that are attractive to users, thus further increasing their appeal. However, it is important to continue to pay attention to the security and privacy of user data in using digital wallet funds.
