Perancangan Aplikasi Mobile untuk Proses Verifikasi dan Pengusulan Bantuan Sosial Dinas Sosial Kota Medan dengan Modul Website Admin (Suver)

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a mobile application integrated with an admin website module for the verification and proposal process of social assistance at Dinas Sosial Kota Medan. The main problems faced in the distribution of social assistance are the lack of transparency, data accuracy, and efficiency in the management and verification of proposals. By leveraging advancements in information technology, particularly through mobile applications and web-based systems, this research focuses on developing an intuitive and functional admin module. The research employs the Waterfall method, encompassing stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Bootstrap technologies to ensure a user-friendly interface and real-time data integration. The expected outcome of this research is the creation of a system that enhances efficiency and transparency in the verification and proposal process of social assistance, simplifies administrative processes for Dinas Sosial Kota Medan, and ensures more targeted and fair distribution of assistance to the needy.
