Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is an oil that has various components contained in it, including free fatty acids (ALB) and water content. High ALB levels can degrade oil quality. In addition to ALB, water content also affects oil quality due to the hydrolysis process which causes the oil storage process to be not durable. This study aims to determine the relationship between free fatty acid levels and Crude Palm Oil (CPO) water content at PT. Sumber Sawit Makmur with free fatty acid (ALB) analysis parameters using acid-base titration and moisture content analysis by evaporation in a dryer using a Moisture Analyzer. From the results of measurements and calculations, the results of ALB levels in CPO in Storage tank 500 amounted to 4.33%; 4.71%; 5.05% and Storage Tank 2000 was 3.77%; 4.02%; and 4.58%. While the moisture content of CPO in Storage tank 500 is 0.17%; 0.19%; 0.22% and in Storage Tank 2000 is 0.11%; 0.13%; and 0.16%. From the data obtained from the results of calculations and graphs, it can be concluded that the higher the water content, the higher the ALB content.
