Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dalam Menganalisis Kualitas Produksi Air Mineral Isi Ulang pada Usaha Sinuhaji Trans Water

Abstract

This study examines the quality of refillable mineral water production at Sinuhaji Trans Water business using statistical quality control method. This study utilizes control charts, specifically the R (Range) and ̅ (average) charts to analyze the stability and variability of production quality. Data was collected from Sinuhaji Trans Water business. The statistical quality control process involves the calculation of control limits for the R and ̅ charts using predefined formulas and constants. The results of the control charts show that the value of the centerline on the ̅ (average) control chart is 143.375. The value of the upper control limit (UCL) is 288.758 and the lower control limit (LCL) is -2.008. The centerline value for the R (range) control chart is 301.000. The upper control limit (UCL) is 603.204 and the lower control limit (LCL) is 0 . There is no production that is outside the control chart limits, which means that the quality of refillable mineral water production at the Sinuhaji Trans Water business is in accordance with production standards.
