dc.description.abstract | This research develops a monitoring system for the pH levels in pond water using a combination of time and pH level parameters based on IoT (Internet of Things). The pH level is one of the factors that affect the water conditions essential for the survival of fish. The components that complement this automatic fish feeder include an RTC, LCD, power supply, pH sensor that measures the pH levels in the fish pond, and an Arduino Mega that controls and processes the input device data to output. Additionally, IoT (Internet of Things) is utilized as a control system to remotely monitor the pond water pH levels. The results showed that the pH sensor has good accuracy with a percentage error. The pH sensor data testing and standard comparison tool on the first day of testing showed an average error of 1.20%. The percentage error for the pH sensor data testing and standard comparison tool on the second day showed an average error of 1.66%. On the third day, the percentage error had an average of 2.01%, and on the fourth day, the average percentage error was 1.96%. In this study, the accuracy of the pH sensor compared to the standard tool reached 98.8% on the first day of testing, and the accuracy of the pH sensor compared to the standard tool reached 98.34% on the second day. On the third day of testing, the accuracy reached 97.99%, and on the fourth day, the accuracy of the tool compared to the standard tool was 98.04%. The development of this tool greatly assists fish farmers in automatically controlling the pH levels in fish ponds and ensuring that the pond water is suitable for the health of the fish automatically. | en_US |
