dc.description.abstract | The Satori Generation phenomenon in Japan poses a significant challenge for the government in addressing the worsening population crisis. This generation is characterized by a simple lifestyle, rejection of consumerism, and lack of ambition to marry or have children, leading to a significant decline in birth rates. This study aims to analyze the Japanese government's policies in facing this challenge and evaluate the effectiveness of these policies in increasing birth rates and socio-economic stability. Utilizing qualitative methods and public policy analysis, the study finds that although the government has implemented various policies such as financial incentives, work-life balance programs, and promoting women's roles in the workforce, the results have not been entirely effective. Public perception of these policies also varies, with public awareness still needing improvement. In conclusion, a more integrated and innovative approach is needed to address Japan's population crisis, including enhancing education and policy dissemination to the younger generation. | en_US |
