Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a mental disorder characterized by difficulties in concentration, impulsivity, and hyperactivity in children. This condition necessitates that parents possess adequate caregiving skills. Family psychoeducation is one intervention strategy that can be utilized This research aims to enhance family caregiving skills for children with ADHD. The study employed a quasi-experimental two-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 18 respondents in both the intervention and control groups using consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and Independent t-test. The Independent t-test results revealed a significant difference in mean family caregiving skills between the intervention and control groups (Mean Difference=J0.56; p=0.000). Family psychoeducation proved to have a positive impact on improving family caregiving skills for children with ADHD. This intervention can be implemented by nurses to train families in providing optimal care for their children.
