dc.description.abstract | The success of nursing services in hospitals can be determined by the performance of nursing staff One of the management policies in hospitals to improve nurse performance is through rotation. Rotation involves transferring nurses from one unit to another within the same job scope. The better the nurses' perception of rotation, the higher their job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an emotional and psychological response of an individual to their work. Higher job satisfaction leads Lo better nurse performance, and vice versa. This study aims to determine the relationship between rotation and job satisfaction with nurse performance at Martha Friska Multatuli Hospital. This research used a descriptive correlational method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 71 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis employed Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. The Pearson correlation analysis for the rotation variable yielded a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05, indicating a relationship between rotation and nurse performance at Martha Friska Multatuli Hospital. For the job satisfaction variable, the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance at Martha Friska Multatuli Hospital. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously, rotation and job satisfaction significantly relate to nurse performance at Martha Friska Multatuli Hospital, with the F-test result indicating that the calculated F-value is greater than the F-table value (11.896 > 3.132). | en_US |
