dc.description.abstractUD. Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro is a business that produces snacks, the product that is in great demand is sweet potato chips, with a policy that is not good for irregular demand, making demand not be met, so to overcome this, the author uses the Continuous Review and Periodic Review methods to find out the amount of ingredients. optimal, right time for ordering while reducing overall inventory costs. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the total inventory costs incurred by the company are IDR 3,468,218,017, the total Continuous Review inventory costs are IDR 3,305,310,721 with order size q=230,121.99 kg, and reorder point r=9,967.13 kg, while the total inventory costs Periodic Review is IDR 3,323,109,748/t year with a period between orders of T=0.0699 years≈25 days and maximum inventory of R=128,102.28 kg. From the results of Continuous Review calculations, the minimum cost is IDR 3,305,310,721 and the company saves 4.70%.en_US
