Maloclussion described as occlusion which deviate from the normal state, occurring due to poor teeth arrangement in the jaw, thus preventing the teeth from achieving ideal contact. One of the classification made by Angle based on the antero posterior of the first permanent molar relative positioning. Caries on itself may be caused by various factors, commonly occuring on the childhood stage. The aim of this experiment is to determine the age distribution regarding difference of dental maloclussion based on Angle classification of the molar using the deft (decay extracted filled teeth) scoring with the subjects of the patients undergoing treatments with removable orthodontics appliance. Observational analytics with the approach of cross sectional method is used for this experiment. Secondary data granted from RSGM USU including medical record, study model, and patient radiograph history before undergoing orthodontic treatment with total of 72 data, used as the sample taken with purposive sampling method. Crosstabulations within the experiment based on the chronological and dental age resulted with good score within the range of Class I, and Class II at age of 9 shows the highest maloclussion rate. Mann Whitney test used to determine the relationship of the molar with deft score (p=0,081) shows that there is a significant relation.en_US
