    Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) technology is increasingly advancing and being utilized across various fields, including healthcare. This research aims to develop a device for measuring heart rate and blood oxygen levels using the MAX30102 sensor based on IoT principles. The components that complement this device for measuring heart rate and blood oxygen levels are LCD, ESP32 Microcontroller, MAX30102 Sensor and Stepdown LM2596The MAX30102 sensor is employed to quickly measure heart rate and blood oxygen levels. The generated data will be sent to a telegram application as notifications for monitoring and analysis purposes. The device is integrated with a microcontroller equipped with wireless communication modules for transmitting data to the telegram cloud server. Users can monitor measurement results via the Telegram application directly without having to be in the same place as the device. Users can monitor measurement results directly through the telegram application. The level of accuracy (accuracy) of the device for measuring heart rate and oxygen levels in the blood with a comparison device (oximeter), where the accuracy of heart beats per minute is 97.8% and oxygen levels are 97.9%. Test results indicate that this device can measure heart rate and blood oxygen levels with good accuracy which is very close to the comparison tool (oximeter) and provide notifications for abnormal values too. Thus, this device can effectively and efficiently aid in health monitoring.
