This research aims to optimize the delivery routes of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) using Dynamic Programming technique. Companies in the plantation sector often face efficiency challenges in logistics management, especially in the delivery of CPO involving multiple distribution points and complex road constraints. In this study, we propose the use of Dynamic Programming method to solve the optimization problem of CPO delivery routes. The analysis results indicate that the application of Dynamic Programming provides the most optimal routes, considering various factors such as distance, road conditions, and vehicle capacity. Consequently, companies can achieve more efficient resource utilization and reduce unnecessary operational costs. Additionally, these optimal routes can enhance customer service by reducing delivery time and costs, thereby strengthening customer satisfaction and the company's reputation.en_US
