dc.description.abstractFree Fatty Acid (ALB) analysis has been carried out on Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at the PT Multimas Nabati Asahan (Wilmar Group) Laboratory. The aim of this research is to determine the good quality of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) by knowing the Free Fatty Acid (ALB) content. The method used is alkalimetric titration and uses the Near Infrared Spectroscopy method (NIRS DA 1650). As a result of the research carried out, the Free Fatty Acid (ALB) value obtained in CPO (Crude Palm Oil) using the titration method obtained an average value of = 3.24% and using the Near Infrared Spectroscopy method (NIRS DA 1650) the value obtained with an average of = 3.21%. Based on the SNI-2901-2021 standard, it can be concluded that the Free Fatty Acid (ALB) content in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT Multimas Nabati Asahan (Wilmar Group) has met the standard.en_US
