Perancangan dan Implementasi Basis Data untuk Aplikasi Mobile Verifikasi dan Pengusulan Bantuan Sosial Dinas Sosial Kota Medan (Suver)

Abstract

The Indonesian government has launched various social assistance programs (bansos) to improve the well-being of the disadvantaged. However, one of the major problems faced was the verification and validation of Bansos recipient data, which was slow and vulnerable to errors. To overcome this challenge, the "Suver" application comes as a digital solution to facilitate the verification process of aid recipient data. However, in order for this application to work optimally, it requires a reliable database design and implementation. This final task aims to design and implement a database for mobile application verification and the proposal of social assistance by the Social Services of the City of Medan (Suver). The main focus is to develop an effective and efficient database structure to support the entire process of submission and verification of the eligibility of the beneficiary of social assistance. Problem formulations include designing an effective database scheme, implementing a reliable database in the application "Suver," and improving the efficiency of the process of verification and proposal of social aid in the Social Services of the City of Medan. The research has benefits in improving efficiency and transparency in the management of social assistance, facilitating the process of verification and proposal of social assistance, and providing ease in applying for social assistance. The results of this research are expected to improve the effectiveness of social help programs in Indonesia and contribute to solving the problem of verifying social aid recipients data in a faster and more transparent manner.
