The smooth production process is very important for the company because it has an impact on profits. A smooth production process is determined by an optimal raw material inventory. Excessive raw material inventory leads to high storage costs, while a shortage of raw materials can delay production and reduce the opportunity to meet consumer demand. PT Mabar Feed Indonesia, which is engaged in the chicken feed industry, must provide sufficient raw materials. However, current inventory control is done based on previous experience without considering demand fluctuations. This often leads to shortages of imported raw materials and shows the inefficiency of inaccurate data-based decision making, resulting in unmet consumer demand. To solve this problem, an analysis of forecasting and inventory control is carried out by determining the frequency and amount of raw material orders, considering the total inventory cost per year and the remaining stock after ordering. The data is processed with a decision support system model in the form of a dashboard to facilitate decision making. The decision support system model created can be used and shows visualizations that are easy to understand, helping managers in decision making. Based on the selected model, orders are placed once a month for 2,920,000 kg, with a total inventory cost of Rp 23.730.791.997,46 per year, and an average remaining stock of 2.682.273 kg. The total inventory cost is smaller than other alternatives and the remaining stock exceeds the reorder point and safety stock, so the company does not need to worry about stock shortages
