UD. Donita is a business that produces frozen filled potato donuts. UD. Donita can expand her business by increasing production capacity, considering the increase in donut consumption and the lack of UD. Donita to meet consumer demand with previous capacity. The increase in production capacity was carried out by increasing the number of production by 450 packs/day or a 100% increase from the previous capacity with a capacity of 450 packs/day. Increasing production capacity certainly requires investment costs, so a feasibility analysis of investments is needed based on feasibility study aspects to avoid possible risks. Investment funds are obtained from company cash. Based on the research results, it shows that business development is feasible on a non-financial basis which is studied based on market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, management and HR aspects, social and environmental aspects, and legal aspects. Financially, business development is feasible with a Payback Period (PP) value of 4 years, 11 days < 8 years, Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp. 2,507,422,199 > 0, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 26% > 3%, and Profitability Index (PI) is 2.79 times > 1
